The Stow Woods neighborhood is located in Stow, Ohio. The main entrance is located off of the Fishcreek Road. Construction of the neighborhood began in the mid-1990's and was completed over three phases by the early 2000s.

The Stow Woods Home Owners Associate is governed by a Board of Directors (nine at-large directors) and led by its officers (president, vice-president, treasurer, and secretary).

Once a year the board holds an annual meeting open to all Stow Woods property owners. Throughout the year, board meetings are held for members of the board.
